Joan has been an avid listener to Bruce and Phil for many years - doesn't ring - would rather just listen. She works as a volunteer at the Austin Hospital, Repatriation Hospital and an R.S.L. Hostel, Sir William Hall Hostel, with Charlie, her beloved rascal dog who trots along beside her all day. She holds many hats in this job and is absolutely passionate about it.
