Constant Temperature Rooms & A12 Molecular Analysis Facility
	Storage and growth facilities consist of self-contained 4ûC and 37ûC rooms located adjacent to the lab. A12 Microscopy Facility
	We also make extensive use of the A12 Microscopy Facility for our cell biology analyses, which include immunofluorescence microscopy (IFM) and Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP) fusion studies. The facility contains: Zeiss Axiophot microscope with a Roper Scientific CoolSnap HQ high sensitivity CCD camera Computer with MetaMorph software
